Lead AI Engineer

• Drive Fever's company-wide AI transformation.
• Partner with internal business leaders across Operations, Creative, and Support to audit manual processes.
• Translate operational bottlenecks into clear AI product features.
• Design, code, and deploy AI systems including LLM applications, agentic workflows, RAG, and custom chatbots.
• Build and lead a small, agile team of AI engineers.
• Contribute to the codebase and set high standards for code craftsmanship.
• Take internal tools from discovery and rapid prototyping through production-grade deployment.
• Ensure internal tools are intuitive for non-technical teams to adopt.

• Hands-on experience shipping AI systems in production.
• Experience with LLM frameworks such as LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or agentic automation.
• Experience building tools or chatbots that optimize human workflows.
• Strong software engineering background, including APIs, microservices, databases, and the AWS ecosystem.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Ability to understand manual operational processes and identify AI-driven improvements.
• Exceptional ability to build relationships with non-technical stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and align engineering efforts with operational needs.
