Field Sales Engineer

• Own assigned customer accounts and monitor and assess customer needs
• Coordinate aligned resources to deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Build key customer relationships and ensure horizontal and vertical account coverage
• Develop strategies for new business and socket growth
• Act as the main contact for daily inquiries, contract renewals, and strategic reviews
• Manage interfaces between customers and internal teams including Customer Service and Marketing
• Manage post-sale processes to support customer retention
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Create account strategies and articulate higher-value propositions
• Expand Braemac’s portfolio within assigned accounts
• Participate in customer pricing review cycles and pursue additional customer sockets
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Product Development, Marketing, and Warehouse teams
• Manage end-to-end order fulfillment against signed quotations
• Track KPIs, analyze client data, and log interactions in CRM software
• Provide quotations for new inquiries and follow up to win business
• Track customer open backlog for future business trends

• Minimum 3 years of work experience as an Outside Sales-related professional
• Comfortable calling on Engineering and Sourcing
• Strong communication skills
• Successful track record of developing new business and increasing sales
• Willingness to travel periodically within the assigned territory and occasionally for training and trade shows
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying demands
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT) and web-based CRM tools
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and be insurable by the company’s liability carrier
