Trainer – Building Life Cycle Assessment

• Deliver subject-specific instruction remotely from a home office via WBS LearnSpace 3D®
• Apply a range of teaching methods to design and deliver lessons
• Prepare and develop teaching materials in accordance with the curriculum
• Conduct Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) for residential and non-residential buildings
• Incorporate case studies from projects, training experience, or project reports related to sustainable and energy-efficient construction
• Support participants’ skills development as a subject-matter expert and learning facilitator
• Support people in expanding their professional skills and integrating into the labor market

• Completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, or building services engineering
• Several years of professional experience assessing buildings under the Quality Seal for Sustainable Buildings (QNG) and במסגרת the Climate-Friendly New Construction program
• Experience preparing and evaluating Life Cycle Assessments using Hottgenroth, ECO-CAD, and ETU-Planer
• Additional qualification in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) for buildings
• Recognized as an energy efficiency expert
• Excellent command of the language of instruction, German (C2 level)
• Entrepreneurial mindset and approach
• Initial experience in internal training, professional development, or presenting case studies
• Strong methodological and teaching skills for communicating course content
• Independent, structured way of working with a high degree of personal responsibility
