Experienced ServiceNow Architect – Contractor

• Work with customer business stakeholders, platform owners, and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into practical solutions
• Design and guide scalable ServiceNow solutions based on platform best practices, long-term maintainability, and customer business needs
• Provide architectural and technical guidance to development and delivery teams during solution design, implementation, troubleshooting, and testing
• Advise on ServiceNow capabilities across modules, identify synergies, and recommend further platform adoption
• Identify improvement opportunities, challenge existing approaches, and explain business and technical reasoning
• Support customer ServiceNow roadmaps, including current needs, future opportunities, integrations, and overall platform architecture
• Explore AI, automation, and emerging ServiceNow capabilities to improve customer processes and business outcomes
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases, platform developments, and relevant technology trends
• Support and continuously improve customers’ existing ServiceNow environments, ensuring quality, consistency, and sustainable development

• 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, preferably in architecture, solution consulting, or senior technical roles
• Broad understanding of the ServiceNow platform, its modules, capabilities, and how they work together
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into scalable, sustainable ServiceNow solutions
• Strong technical understanding, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Confidence to advise and constructively challenge customers, explain recommendations, and guide decision-making
• Ability to identify improvement opportunities and support long-term platform development
• Experience in solution design, technical guidance, testing, and quality assurance
• Understanding of AI, LLMs, and their potential applications in ServiceNow, or strong interest and willingness to develop expertise
• Passion for business technology, innovation, and creating measurable customer value
• Proactive, self-driven attitude with ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with business and technical stakeholders
• Fluency in English
