Implementation Consultant – Financial Services

• Execute SoftExpert Suite implementation projects for organizations across different market segments.
• Conduct business process discovery, analysis, and mapping, taking into account the requirements and objectives defined for each project.
• Provide consulting services for corporate governance, risk management, compliance, and internal controls initiatives, in accordance with the contracted scope.
• Develop workflow, indicator, and automation configurations on the platform, aligned with the business requirements identified during projects.
• Lead workshops, training sessions, and follow-up activities related to implemented solutions.
• Provide guidance and knowledge transfer on configured functionalities and processes, supporting clients in adopting the solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience with software implementation projects, BPM systems, ERP systems, or management solutions.
• Technical knowledge of SQL, REST/SOAP/API integrations, and business process mapping and management (BPM).
• Experience working on projects or providing services to organizations in financial services, consulting, technology, engineering, manufacturing, or construction.
• Knowledge of or experience with corporate governance, risk management, compliance, and internal controls.
• Experience defining, structuring, and monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) and process improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of frameworks, methodologies, and management best practices applicable to governance and process optimization.
• Advanced English and/or Spanish for projects requiring communication in these languages.
• Availability for project-related travel or on-site assignments.
