DevOps Platform Engineer, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Security

• Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes, Docker, and OpenShift environments
• Improve monitoring, alerting, logging, and overall system observability
• Drive automation initiatives to increase reliability and operational efficiency
• Support IAM, certificate management (TLS/SSL), and security best practices
• Collaborate on infrastructure modernization and platform improvements
• Contribute to compliance and security initiatives, including threat modeling, penetration testing, and SBOM activities
• Work closely with international teams on business-critical applications

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Application Support
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes
• Strong hands-on experience with Docker
• Strong hands-on experience with Helm
• Strong hands-on experience with ArgoCD
• Strong hands-on experience with GitOps
• Strong hands-on experience with Jenkins
• Strong hands-on experience with Git / Version Control Systems
• Experience with scripting (Bash/Shell or similar)
• Understanding of CI/CD, deployment strategies, and infrastructure automation
• Experience with TLS/SSL certificate management
• Familiarity with databases such as MS SQL, MySQL, or SQLite is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
