Operations Associate – Client Delivery

• Help grow Drop Zero Digital’s fastest-growing AI image service.
• Own either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, with the area determined during the trial.
• For hiring operations: run the funnel end to end, including sourcing, chasing, scheduling, tracker maintenance, and identifying broken processes.
• For client delivery operations: plan, brief, chase, and ship client work; hold timelines; brief the team properly; and prevent work from stalling.
• Notice slipped work, decide what to do, and close issues without being asked.
• Make real calls every day and be judged on the quality of decisions.
• Make decisions on live work during the trial and respond to direct feedback on their outcomes.

• Full time once hired, and this is your only job.
• During the paid trial you work 4 hours a day with us, 2 of them at a fixed time inside our working day, and you can keep your current job.
• If you pass, you give notice and join us full time within 30 days.
• Reliable internet, at least 30 Mbps down and 5 Mbps up, tested live with us.
• Strong written English.
• Based in Bulgaria.
• You track your working time with our time tracking tool from day one.
• You need to have held a full-time job at some point in the last 12 months.
• Employment history must be accurately represented and verified with employer, dates, title, paid status, contract, and payslips.
• Complete an application and short asynchronous interview, aptitude tests with a published floor, a short video introduction, a verification step, a paid screen, and a paid trial.
• Able to make decisions independently, own decisions, identify appropriate decision ownership, respond constructively to feedback, improve quickly, identify failing processes, and write clearly and honestly.

• 1200 USD per month on hire, set by responsibility and demonstrated capability, not by how long you have worked.
• Pass your 90-day review and your pay goes up by 50 percent.
• A one-month annual bonus.
• 15 days of paid leave a year, rising with tenure, plus your own country's public holidays.
• Paid sick leave.

• Paid screen of a few days and paid trial of six to eight weeks.
• Completion payment when you finish the trial, whether or not we hire you.
• If we stop early, you are paid for the days you worked.
