Functional Consultant, SAP, Generative AI

• Work closely with Delivery Leads and Champions
• Understand project challenges
• Define the adoption strategy and determine where the AI Advanced Assets team should contribute
• Transform delivery challenges into new approaches
• Design functional solutions using GenAI
• Guide Consultants
• Track results
• Ensure adoption translates into increased productivity and quality

• Knowledge of and experience with Generative AI
• Experience with any SAP module, except HR
• Knowledge of LLMs and Prompt Engineering
• Familiarity with Agents, Automation, RAG, Ontologies, and Human-in-the-Loop approaches
• Ability to independently experiment with new tools and approaches
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to deliver training, demonstrations, and hands-on guidance
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to identify repetitive, manual, or inefficient activities that can be transformed through AI or automation
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with other Consultants, Champions, and technical teams
