Marketing Director

• Supervise and divide tasks among Marketing Officers
• Create and design posters
• Use social media for promotion
• Make outbound calls to institutions and individuals professionally and courteously
• Perform data entry
• Conduct job interviews
• Supervise poster distribution
• Attend program sessions to take photos and videos for social media promotion
• Communicate with attendees and clients
• Report to the Founder/CEO

• Marketing experience and understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics
• Leadership and supervisory skills
• Proficiency in poster design using graphic design tools
• Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing strategies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities and ability to meet deadlines
• Photography and videography skills preferred
• Competency in data entry and analysis
• Willingness to contribute time and effort voluntarily
