Process Design Assistant

• Conceptualize and design processes for core property management operations, sales, new services, and client-specific needs
• Implement and test processes within workflow automation software
• Validate functionality and ensure reliable execution across connected systems
• Analyze existing processes and identify improvements in efficiency, task delegation, timelines, and automation
• Review and optimize processes according to PM Ops Standards, industry best practices, and client-specific nuances
• Own, create, revise, and maintain SOPs for internal use and client engagements
• Translate processes into clear visual diagrams using tools such as LucidChart
• Ensure processes align with PM Ops Standards and industry best practices
• Implement measures to maintain consistent service quality across custom scenarios and exceptions
• Champion continuous process development and improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams to foster efficiency and innovation
• Stay current on emerging tools in the property management technology stack and recommend solutions for client engagements
• Walk clients through implemented processes with confidence in this hands-on, client-facing role

• Property management operations experience, including operations management or implementing, coordinating, or improving processes across leasing, resident services, or maintenance, and/or a high degree of technical capability building automations, workflows, or CRM systems
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in English with clients
• Experience with workflow automation software
• Ability to analyze and optimize processes for efficiency, task delegation, timelines, automation, PM Ops Standards, industry best practices, and client-specific needs
• Ability to create, revise, and maintain SOPs
• Experience creating clear visual process diagrams using tools like LucidChart
• Ability to ensure process quality and consistent service execution across custom scenarios and exceptions
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and champion continuous improvement
• Knowledge of emerging tools in the property management technology stack
