Senior QA Engineer

• Responsibility for all aspects of the testing process within an agile feature team
• Applying best practices in test case creation, test automation, test documentation, and test case management
• Automating test cases with Kotlin, primarily using the Serenity BDD framework
• Contributing to architectural decisions regarding the test automation setup
• Participating in code reviews and technical discussions

• At least 5 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on test automation
• ISTQB knowledge is a plus
• Proficiency in test automation using object-oriented approaches
• Experience with Kotlin or Java, with a willingness to learn Kotlin
• Practical experience with frontend and backend testing (web and REST)
• Experience with Serenity BDD or other Selenium frameworks is a plus
• Knowledge of REST Assured
• Ability to independently perform manual testing, including test management
• Understanding of the fundamentals of CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code
• Good command of English as the working language
• German language skills at least at B2 level for communication with stakeholders
