• 5+ years of AxiomSL experience as an Implementation Consultant, Configurator, Business Analyst, or in a related role
• Experience implementing regulatory reporting solutions or delivering localized customizations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with data-analysis tools and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with business-process modeling and documentation tools
• Advanced English proficiency
• Hands-on experience with ControllerView
• Knowledge of data models and metadata management
• Experience developing rules and configuring workflows
• Knowledge of data mapping and transformation
• Understanding of data lineage and data-quality controls
• Experience with reconciliation processes
• Knowledge of regulatory report generation and exception management
• Strong understanding of data-management concepts, including SQL fundamentals, database design, ETL processes, data-quality management, and data reconciliation
• Experience working within managed cloud environments
• Previous experience supporting capital markets platforms and regulatory initiatives
• Experience within highly regulated banking environments
• Knowledge of enterprise data-governance practices
• Intermediate Spanish proficiency is considered a plus
