Outbound Insurance Sales Agent, Finnish, English

• Contact existing B2C customers by phone
• Explain the insurance offer clearly and accurately
• Understand each customer’s situation and discuss whether the product meets their needs
• Explain relevant benefits, costs, conditions and exclusions
• Document conversations and outcomes according to project requirements
• Follow rules for insurance distribution, customer consent and data protection
• Introduce insurance designed to cover an outstanding loan balance under policy-defined circumstances

• Fluent in Finnish
• Good working English
• Good working knowledge of MS Office
• Experience in outbound sales, banking or insurance
• Qualifications required to offer and arrange insurance for customers in the Finnish market
• Evidence of required training, experience, registration or authorisation
• Responsible, customer-focused approach to sales
• Confident and professional on the phone
• Own PC and/or laptop for work
• Internet bandwidth of more than 50,000 Mbit/s is an available option in the application requirements
• Currently authorised to offer or arrange insurance for customers, through own licence or registration
