City Manager – Real Estate

• Drive business development in the assigned area by acquiring new properties for management
• Manage a portfolio of apartments, houses, villas, chalets, and unique accommodations
• Oversee operations: cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations
• Optimize revenue through yield management and distribution across Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
• Build and coordinate a local network of service providers
• Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System
• Receive and manage property-owner inquiries via the ALB platform
• Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity

• Independent contractor / freelance status
• Ability to persuade property owners and build trusted relationships
