Benefits Analyst, Mid-Level

• Administer, manage, and operationalize corporate benefits
• Support employees by answering questions and providing guidance on rules, usage, and eligibility
• Manage health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, meal vouchers, food allowances, transportation benefits, private pension plans, childcare assistance, and other benefits
• Process enrollments, terminations, changes, and employee data updates with providers
• Review and validate invoices, analyzing expenses, cost allocations, discrepancies, and payments
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor legislation, social security regulations, and collective bargaining agreements
• Prepare metrics, controls, and management reports on utilization, costs, and performance
• Lead contract renewals, monitor SLAs, and participate in negotiations with providers
• Support benefits review, implementation, and improvement projects
• Conduct periodic audits of processes and employee records
• Collaborate with Human Resources, Personnel Administration, Finance, and external providers
• Participate in communication campaigns and engagement initiatives related to benefits and quality of life

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience administering corporate benefits
• Knowledge of labor and social security legislation as it applies to benefits
• Experience managing providers and analyzing invoices
• Intermediate or advanced Excel skills and experience preparing management reports
• Experience with HR systems and benefits platforms
