SAP Consultant, SuccessFactors, German

• Analyze HR business requirements and design tailored SAP SuccessFactors solutions
• Configure and support SuccessFactors modules, focusing on Employee Central and potentially Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, or Learning
• Set up data models, business rules, workflows, role-based permissions, and picklists
• Support integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP HCM, S/4HANA, or third-party systems
• Plan and execute data migration activities and support testing phases
• Participate in implementation and rollout projects and twice-yearly SuccessFactors release updates
• Handle incidents and change requests and provide 2nd/3rd level support
• Prepare functional documentation and conduct workshops and trainings for key users
• Collaborate with German-speaking HR stakeholders, technical teams, and other SAP consultants

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP SuccessFactors consultant
• Strong expertise in Employee Central
• Experience in further SuccessFactors modules is a plus
• Experience in at least one full-cycle SuccessFactors implementation or rollout
• Good knowledge of business rules, data models, RBP, and workflows
• Understanding of integration scenarios with SAP HCM or S/4HANA is an advantage
• SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) are a strong plus
• Proficient German (minimum B2), written and spoken
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and in international, multicultural teams
