Civitas Networks for Health

Civitas Networks for Health is a national collaborative organization focused on leveraging health information exchange and health data to improve health outcomes. It brings together more than 160 member organizations to work on multi-stakeholder, cross-sector approaches that address unique health and healthcare needs through data-informed strategies. Civitas supports local innovators in healthcare by amplifying their voices at the national level and promoting resource and idea exchange among members. It also collaborates on projects like the Gravity Project to implement health data standards nationwide, with the goal of enhancing coordinated and person-centric care.
