About the company

EEOC is the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, a government organization responsible for enforcing federal laws that make it illegal to discriminate against a job applicant or an employee based on certain protected characteristics. These characteristics include race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetic information. The EEOC works to prevent discrimination through outreach, education, and technical assistance programs, in addition to investigating complaints and charges of discrimination, mediating and litigating cases, and providing guidance and information to the public and employers.
