Technical Data Management Specialist

• Build data ingestion, indexing and enrichment pipelines
• Configure search relevance
• Develop semantic search solutions
• Define metadata models and JSON schemas
• Specify requirements
• Develop records and information management system components
• Recommend information management policies and strategies
• Create data integration and migration plans
• Develop digital preservation and archiving solutions
• Define metadata standards, taxonomies and controlled vocabularies
• Develop data publication and exchange solutions
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs
• Create monitoring and performance dashboards
• Integrate AI-assisted workflows
• Share architecture and governance documentation with the customer's Project/Service Manager through appropriate channels
• Apply approval workflows to applicable deliverables

• Minimum 15 years of experience with Java programming
• Minimum 15 years of experience with JavaScript
• Minimum 15 years of experience with SQL
• Minimum 15 years of experience with integrating RESTful APIs
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Elasticsearch
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Semantic Search and Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning
