Lead Consultant – Fusion Service VBCS, Redwood Developer

• Lead the design, development, customization, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion Service applications using VBCS and Redwood technologies
• Develop and extend Oracle Fusion Service user interfaces using Oracle Visual Builder and Visual Builder Studio
• Implement Redwood UX designs and configure application pages using supported Oracle extension and personalization frameworks
• Develop custom pages, forms, layouts, business logic, and user interactions to enhance service workflows
• Integrate Oracle Fusion Service with REST APIs, business objects, and external applications
• Configure service-related functionality, including service requests, customer information, and associated workflows
• Work with Oracle Fusion REST APIs, business events, and integration services to support data exchange
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, unit testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution
• Support SIT, UAT, deployment, production troubleshooting, and post-go-live activities
• Ensure performance, security, maintainability, and adherence to Oracle development standards
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the development team

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS)
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Redwood UI development, extensions, and personalization
• Knowledge of Visual Builder Studio, business rules, action chains, variables, and service connections
• Experience consuming Oracle Fusion REST APIs and integrating with external systems
• Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, HTML, and CSS
• Understanding of Oracle Fusion Service and Customer Experience (CX) application architecture
• Experience with application debugging, performance optimization, and technical documentation
• Ability to lead technical discussions and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Oracle CX / Oracle Sales Cloud
