Senior Consultant – Architectural Draftsperson, Architect, Civil Engineer

• Planning energy-efficient hotel renovations
• Independently surveying buildings and technical systems on site at client locations
• Creating building models as the basis for energy assessments
• Developing energy-efficient renovation concepts and evaluating various technical solutions
• Preparing funding applications, reviewing submitted documents, and ensuring they are submitted on time
• Communicating directly with clients, coordinating project steps, and presenting results
• Carefully and transparently documenting all project steps and results for further internal processing

• Completed vocational training as a construction technician or a degree in architecture, civil engineering, energy engineering, building services engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in energy consulting, building design, or building services engineering
• Proficiency in technical drawing or CAD software
• Experience preparing technical documentation and reports
• Confident manner and enjoyment of direct client communication
• Structured, conscientious, and independent approach to work in a technical environment
• Experience assessing the energy performance of non-residential buildings and developing renovation concepts
• Knowledge of BAFA and KfW funding programs
• Interest in sustainable construction and projects in the hospitality industry
