Senior Salesforce Developer – Agentforce

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows
• Configure and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud, including custom objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, and automation
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications following platform best practices
• Troubleshoot technical issues, perform unit testing, and manage deployments across environments
• Ensure Salesforce solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable
• Support the development, enhancement, and optimization of the Salesforce ecosystem
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and international teams

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Strong practical experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Advanced proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow Builder
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, including agent configuration, customization, and implementation
• Understanding of AI agents, agent actions, and Salesforce automation capabilities
• Experience developing and troubleshooting Salesforce integrations
• Working knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integration patterns
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and development best practices
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with business stakeholders
• Ability to work independently in a remote, international environment
• Professional English proficiency
• Experience with Salesforce Prompt Builder
• Experience building AI-powered workflows and integrating Agentforce with enterprise applications
• Familiarity with middleware platforms such as Informatica or SAP
• Experience with event-driven integration patterns, including Platform Events and CDC
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products
• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools, such as Copado, Git, or Azure DevOps
• Understanding of OAuth in Microsoft Entra ID, Connected Apps, API authentication, and Salesforce security models
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• Salesforce certifications
• Previous experience working with distributed international teams
