Junior Attorney – Real Estate Law

• Analyze and draft legal pleadings, legal opinions, contracts, defenses, and appeals
• Assist clients virtually, by telephone, and through social media
• Participate in hearings
• Deliver oral arguments
• Support client matters and answer client questions related to real estate law

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent legal education
• Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
• Experience in real estate law
• Reside in Porto Alegre
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• Meal allowance (approximately R$600.00 per month)

• Health insurance (after 180 days)
