Illustrator

• Create high-quality illustrations for external collaboration and marketing purposes
• Collaborate with the Illustration Team Lead and other artists
• Develop original ideas and illustration compositions
• Maintain the production pipeline and meet deadlines
• Follow guidelines and maintain a coherent style
• Cooperate with the Franchise Development Art Team to deliver exceptional art

• At least 6 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent illustration and storytelling skills with an eye for perspective, color, lighting, mood, and composition
• Strong realistic and semi-realistic illustration skills proven by an appropriate portfolio
• Ability to efficiently switch between different styles and projects daily
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Solid foundation in traditional art, including figure drawing, industrial design, and landscape painting
• Experience working in a wide variety of styles and ability to work within an established genre
• Understanding of technical requirements for digital and printed media
• Ability to efficiently communicate in English
• Must work remotely from a location within approximately +/- 3 hours of Warsaw, or primarily from Warsaw for a minimum of 10 days per month depending on working mode
