Senior Platform Engineer

• Design, implement, and operate the Kubernetes platform, including networking, ingress, GitOps, and configuration management
• Own CI/CD pipelines and packaging, using automation from provisioning through deployment
• Operate the observability stack with large-scale metrics and log management
• Own runbooks and the alerting catalog to maintain platform reliability and actionable on-call operations
• Operate distributed storage, high-performance analytical and relational databases, and in-memory datastores
• Scale physical infrastructure through server procurement, rack upgrades, and network capacity expansion
• Contribute to platform-wide cost optimization
• Participate in infrastructure expansion in the US
• Lead platform architecture decisions
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices
• Work on the infrastructure platform supporting Sparteo's AI-powered advertising technologies and products

• 5+ years in infrastructure / DevOps
• Solid production Kubernetes experience, ideally on bare metal
• Automation-first mindset for provisioning, configuration management, and GitOps
• Strong networking fundamentals, including BGP, L2/L3, and load balancing
• Experience with distributed storage or large-scale databases is nice to have
• Troubleshooting instincts at kernel, network, and hardware level are nice to have
• Strong communication with product teams and stakeholders
• Fluent in English, written and spoken; French is a plus
• Openness to AI-assisted tooling in daily workflows
• Willingness to work in a fast-moving environment and challenge existing practices
