Full Stack Software Engineer, Front-End Focus

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software across front-end and backend systems
• Own features end to end, from requirements and planning through development, testing, deployment, and refinement
• Build reliable, maintainable, performant, scalable software and user experiences
• Contribute to backend services, APIs, integrations, scheduled processes, supporting systems, and cloud infrastructure
• Translate UX/UI concepts and mockups into production-ready features
• Improve usability, clarity, consistency, and the overall user experience
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the application stack
• Improve system reliability, performance, maintainability, processes, and technical workflows
• Work with Product, Design, and Engineering stakeholders to understand priorities and deliver requirements
• Participate in planning sessions, code reviews, technical discussions, and other engineering activities
• Flag blockers, risks, dependencies, and delivery issues early
• Communicate proactively about progress and challenges
• Propose process and technical improvements
• Perform other related tasks assigned by the client

• 2–4 years of professional Software Engineer experience
• Strong full-stack development experience with a front-end leaning
• Solid background in software development and system design
• Experience building and shipping modern web applications
• Experience working across both front-end and backend systems
• Experience with modern programming languages, cloud infrastructure, and deployment environments
• Experience working closely with Product and Design teams
• Strong understanding of modern front-end development practices
• Strong attention to detail while maintaining awareness of priorities and delivery requirements
• Ability to own features end to end and work independently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to identify and communicate blockers early
• Product-mindedness and design awareness
• Ability to prioritise critical functionality for go-live and defer non-critical polish
• Proactive communication and reliability
• Schedule availability: 7am–4pm PHT, Monday–Friday
