Senior Implementation Project Manager

• Lead WFO system implementation projects from kickoff through go-live
• Plan and manage implementation projects from kickoff through the hypercare phase
• Prepare and track schedules, action plans, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate implementation consultants, monitoring deadlines, outstanding items, and quality
• Lead status meetings with clients, presenting progress, risks, blockers, and next steps
• Manage project scope and assess the impact of changes on timelines and deliverables
• Ensure alignment between client needs and solution functionality during requirements gathering
• Coordinate integrations with HR, payroll, and time-and-attendance systems, including layouts, APIs, file exchanges, and business rules
• Plan and monitor configuration, testing, user acceptance testing, training, and go-live
• Anticipate risks and dependencies and propose mitigation actions
• Ensure project documentation, decision logs, and formal client approvals are maintained
• Lead the transition of projects to support and operations teams

• Proven experience managing enterprise system implementation projects
• Experience with projects involving integrations with HR, payroll, or time-and-attendance systems
• Strong knowledge of the implementation lifecycle: requirements, configuration, testing, user acceptance testing, and go-live
• Experience managing client relationships and coordinating cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and dependencies
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (traditional, agile, or hybrid) and project tracking tools
• Preferred: experience with projects integrated with Senior, LG lugar de gente, or TOTVS
• Preferred: experience implementing Workforce Management (WFM) or Workforce Optimization (WFO) solutions
• Preferred: knowledge of schedules, work shifts, attendance, time banks, absenteeism, and payroll exports
• Preferred: experience managing projects for hospitals or healthcare institutions
• Preferred: functional knowledge of integrations via APIs, web services, and file import/export
• Preferred: PMP, Scrum, or similar certification
