AI Solutions Lead

• Lead client-facing AI initiatives and collaborate with the internal core team to design, evaluate, and evolve AI platforms, models, and shared tools
• Facilitate discovery with business and technology stakeholders
• Design scalable AI solutions, intelligent workflows, and low-code applications
• Deliver clear build specifications to engineering teams
• Own the technical direction of AI agent platforms, copilot solutions, and matching/analysis capabilities
• Evaluate vector search/RAG, structured LLM reasoning, and custom orchestration approaches
• Conduct feasibility, risk, and value assessments for prototypes, proofs of concept, and custom AI architectures
• Enforce cybersecurity, data-governance, privacy, and responsible-AI requirements
• Define human-in-the-loop review steps and production approval gates
• Define evaluation frameworks, test cases, and acceptance criteria for LLM output quality, accuracy, reliability, security, and cost
• Set implementation standards and maintain reusable component libraries
• Work hands-on with engineers on complex AI codebase decisions
• Set adoption targets, track usage data, and lead workshops, demos, and office hours
• Provide high-level technical guidance across client projects and internal pods
• Prioritize the backlog bi-weekly with Product Owners and triage change requests
• Track Microsoft, Salesforce, and Generative AI roadmaps and advise stakeholders on adoption decisions

• 8+ years delivering enterprise technology solutions
• At least 4 years in a Solution Architecture, AI Architect, Technical Lead, or Lead Consultant role
• Comfort moving between client-facing consultative delivery and internal product/core-team collaboration
• Proven track record architecting production LLM/AI systems
• Strong judgment on when RAG, embeddings, or vector search is appropriate
• Deep, hands-on Power Platform experience, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, environment strategy, ALM, and enterprise-scale governance
• Experience designing and shipping agent/copilot solutions to production in the last 12 to 18 months using Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Agentforce, LangChain, or LlamaIndex
• Hands-on Python experience, including FastAPI and SQLAlchemy
• Integration experience with Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, Salesforce, and ERPs
• Full-stack comfort
• Working understanding of enterprise Generative AI, grounding, LLM limitations, prompt evaluation frameworks, and human-in-the-loop design
• Experience running discovery and facilitating technical workshops with business and executive stakeholders
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or above, verified)
• Microsoft or Salesforce certifications are nice-to-haves
• Experience with real-time/voice AI systems is a nice-to-have
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial automation, or HR/recruiting technology is a nice-to-have
• IFS ERP experience is a nice-to-have
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks or international regulations is a nice-to-have
• Prior fractional, advisory, or management consulting delivery experience is a nice-to-have
