AMS Consultant

• Independently handle incidents, service requests, and change requests within the SAP SuccessFactors Application Management Service (2nd/3rd-level support)
• Analyze, prioritize, and provide sustainable solutions for complex functional and technical issues within agreed SLAs
• Provide expert customer advice on configurations, process adjustments, and further development within the relevant SuccessFactors module
• Conduct root-cause analyses and derive preventive measures to ensure quality
• Coordinate with SAP, internal delivery teams, and other stakeholders on cross-module topics
• Support release and patch management as well as regular system updates
• Create and maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and operational manuals

• Several years of professional experience (typically 5+ years) in SAP SuccessFactors support or implementation, ideally including several years in an AMS environment
• In-depth expertise in at least one SuccessFactors module, such as Employee Central, ECP, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, or Learning
• Experience with ticketing systems and structured AMS processes; ITIL knowledge is an advantage
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented approach, including when handling complex cross-module issues
• Customer- and service-oriented manner, combined with a structured and self-directed working style
• Very good written and spoken German and English
• SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) in the relevant module are an advantage
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer or team meetings
