Network Cybersecurity Analyst – Network Security

• Handle configuration requests, incidents, planned tasks, and issues related to network security
• Gather information from clients and internal teams, such as the NOC and SOC
• Develop analytical reports or Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) and prepare technical assessments
• Review reports prepared by other analysts, ensuring clear and formal communication
• Ensure SLA compliance by responding to, recording, and resolving requests
• Support teams in implementing new functionalities and propose improvements to processes and practices
• Perform routine security and asset health checks
• Create and maintain the knowledge base and document completed activities
• Analyze and process security incidents, determining the best approach for resolution
• Contribute to improvements in security and technical support processes alongside Security and Infrastructure teams
• Monitor and support the Procurement team throughout the equipment licensing process

• Hands-on experience in network security, including operations, maintenance, and support
• Proficiency in at least two of the following solutions: Firewalls, NAC, Wireless, Managed Switches, NDR, IPS, and WAF
• Experience with vendors such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point, or Cisco is preferred
• Certifications are a plus
• Familiarity with SD-WAN and multi-link environments, including load balancing and failover
• Knowledge of static routing and BGP and OSPF protocols
• Knowledge of VLANs, STP, LACP, QoS, and network segmentation
• Experience with IPsec and SSL VPNs and secure remote access
• Experience preparing security reports, documenting procedures (playbooks), and creating security checklists
• Organized, resilient, and innovative mindset
• English proficiency sufficient for verbal and written interactions with international partners and clients
