Backend Software Developer – PHP, Laravel

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Laravel within a modular monolith architecture
• Build and enhance multi-tenant SaaS features with proper data isolation and tenant-aware functionality
• Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code following Domain-Driven Design principles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and improve existing functionality
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards
• Use PHPStan, Rector, Pint, and similar code quality tools
• Optimize database queries and implement Redis caching strategies
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues
• Contribute to technical documentation and architectural decisions
• Leverage AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and code quality
• Create and implement web-based products for marketing and customer engagement platform Insider One, using PHP and Go or Node.js

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field
• 3+ years of software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Laravel (must-have)
• Solid PHP knowledge, including modern PHP practices, PHP 8.x features, strict types, and readonly classes
• Experience with package-driven development, modular monolith architecture, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) patterns
• Good grasp of MySQL and Redis
• Proficiency with Git and Git workflows, including branching strategies, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with code quality tools such as PHPStan, Rector, or similar static analysis tools
• Experience contributing to large-scale projects and collaborating within technical teams
• English proficiency sufficient to analyze and understand technical documentation
• Familiarity with Symfony is a plus
• Experience with Elasticsearch or other NoSQL technologies is a plus
• Experience with AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar assistants (Nice to have)
• Hands-on AWS experience (EC2, S3, SQS, or similar) (Nice to have)
• Hands-on Docker experience and containerized development environments (Nice to have)
• Familiarity with Vue.js or other modern frontend frameworks (Nice to have)
• Interest in or exposure to Go (Golang) (Nice to have)
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures (Nice to have)
• Familiarity with Laravel Horizon or Redis queues (Nice to have)
