Trainees as IT Trainers/Instructors for Microsoft Certification Courses

• Prepare for your future role as a trainer with support from experienced colleagues.

• Deliver IT training on Microsoft certification courses and related learning areas for IT specialists.
• Teach Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft 365, including the configuration, deployment, and administration of workloads.

• Where applicable, teach Windows client systems, Azure, Azure AI, Security/Compliance/Identity, Windows Server Hybrid Administration, and Microsoft 365 Administration.
• Participate in online trainer development and gain practical training experience.

• Reliable and team-oriented approach to work.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly to others and enthusiasm for presenting to groups.
• Strong affinity for and enthusiasm about IT topics.
• Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) or a technical background, such as training as an IT specialist for system integration, comparable vocational training, IT training or certifications, a degree in a technical field, or relevant professional experience.
• Very good German language skills, at least C1 level.
• Applicants without a formal IT qualification are also welcome.
• Motivation to become a trainer; previous experience as a trainer, instructor, tutor, coach, or in a similar educational role is optional.
