Full Stack Developer – Temporary ML Replacement

• Design, develop, and ship features across the full stack of the system, from requirements to production
• Build back-end services, APIs, and data models using Node.js and Python
• Develop and customize WordPress solutions using PHP
• Build clean, responsive front-end interfaces and user flows
• Integrate the system with internal and external services and APIs
• Manage and work with AWS cloud infrastructure and databases
• Ensure code quality through version control, code reviews, automated testing, and documentation
• Proactively identify problems and opportunities, make pragmatic decisions, and deliver solutions
• Collaborate with CX, Product, and R&D teams
• Provide technical mentorship to other developers
• Stay current with new technologies and best practices

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer, strong in both back end and front end
• Strong front-end skills: React and JavaScript (ES6+), plus HTML and CSS
• Strong back-end skills: Node.js and Python, REST API design, and building production-grade services
• Proven experience with WordPress development and customization (PHP)
• Solid experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), including data modeling and query optimization
• Experience with AWS or a similar cloud platform
• Experience with Git/GitHub workflows, code reviews, and automated testing
• High ownership and a proactive mindset: a track record of taking projects from idea to successful completion with minimal guidance
• Fast, hands-on execution: learns quickly, prioritizes well, and delivers in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in agile development methodologies (sprints)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes
• Experience with TypeScript
• Experience integrating with CRM or helpdesk platforms (e.g., Kustomer)
• Experience mentoring junior developers
