Back-End Developer I – Financial Services

• Develop highly complex technical solutions for the Omie system
• Master the software’s back-end architecture and work within it by analyzing its components, organization, and functionality
• Ensure the use and application of best practices in manual and automated testing and software requirements development
• Identify and test business solutions and architectures through communication and knowledge sharing with the development team
• Participate in tactical and operational discussions and in defining the area’s annual goals on technical matters, conducting feasibility studies and proofs of concept
• Guide, train, and work with the development team to identify business, architecture, and design solutions through communication and knowledge sharing
• Ensure the development team meets its short- and medium-term goals, with the ability to modify practices, standard procedures, and task prioritization

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, another IT-related field, or Engineering is preferred
• Knowledge of ERP system functionality is preferred
• Knowledge of software development languages (CoreBuilder, PHP, JavaScript, Python, Node.js, C#)
• Knowledge of relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Knowledge of cloud computing platform services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Familiarity with source code control tools (Git, SVN)
• Experience performing unit tests
• Understanding of the fundamental principles behind scalable applications
• Experience developing in accordance with OWASP guidelines
• Experience working in customer support or customer service
• Experience working as part of a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate English proficiency
• At least 2 years of experience in the field
