Software Development Analyst II

• Analyze and understand business requirements with product managers and analysts, translating needs into technical specifications
• Design software architectures and define technical solutions for credit features, considering scalability, security, and performance
• Develop production code in accordance with quality standards, best practices, and team conventions
• Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
• Conduct code reviews
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to define solutions
• Investigate and resolve production issues by analyzing logs, metrics, and system behavior
• Monitor the performance, availability, and health of credit systems
• Document technical decisions, architectures, and processes
• Refactor legacy code
• Contribute to the evolution of credit products by proposing data-driven technical and business improvements
• Ensure security and compliance in solutions by following information security practices and financial industry regulations
• Contribute to the definition and evolution of technical standards, tools, and processes
• Investigate and fix bugs, prioritizing business impact
