Sales Advisor

• Develop professional relationships with customers and optimize sales of new products and promotions
• Ensure strong visibility among retailers and contribute sales capabilities
• Achieve established sales objectives for the assigned territory (Sell Out)
• Ensure compliance with coverage indicators, mandatory portfolio, market share, numeric distribution, and weighted distribution
• Guarantee product visibility and availability on shelves in coordination with distributor sales and merchandising teams
• Coordinate daily activities with the distributor's sales team
• Help train the distributor's team and provide commercial support aligned with company priorities and strategies
• Execute and supervise promotional activities at client locations
• Ensure correct placement and implementation of point-of-purchase materials
• Prepare activity and sales results reports
• Ensure correct execution and follow-up of new product launches
• Monitor RTM (Route To Market) projects and established objectives
• Conduct field visits to identify improvement and growth opportunities in the assigned territory

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of sales and negotiation processes
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience in sales, preferably in fast-moving consumer goods or packaged consumer products
• Perseverance and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies – Traditional Channel
• Minimum 1 year of experience managing sales forces in impulse category companies
• Full knowledge of visibility techniques and point-of-sale execution
