Mid/Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Identify, attract, and land top global talent
• Map and engage elite talent from Tier 1 technology hubs and companies worldwide
• Conduct thoughtful outreach and networking to reach passive candidates
• Support implementation of an AI-first recruitment stack using AI agents, technical communities, and unconventional sourcing channels
• Maintain long-term relationships with passive global talent
• Own the candidate journey from discovery call through final close
• Conduct structured interviews assessing technical aptitude and cultural alignment
• Provide concise, actionable interview summaries to hiring managers and leadership
• Improve hiring workflows and operations with founders and team leads
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and content
• Test sourcing strategies and AI tools while helping evolve talent acquisition processes

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment
• At least 2 years of experience in tech recruitment
• Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
• Global sourcing experience attracting talent from major tech hubs such as the USA, EU, and LATAM
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Perfect fluency in English
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Goal-oriented, ownership, and commitment
• Doer mindset and ability to balance execution, planning, and strategy
• Humble, willing to learn, and open to feedback
• Comfortable hiring for products based on uncensored models and content
• AI recruitment experience or familiarity with the AI space is a bonus
• Exposure to employer branding, compensation benchmarking, or broader talent acquisition initiatives is a bonus
