SAP ABAP Developer

• Develop and maintain applications using the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP), in managed and unmanaged scenarios
• Build side-by-side and in-app developer extensions following Clean Core principles for S/4HANA Public Cloud
• Create CDS views, including analytical and projection views, behavior definitions, and OData V2/V4 service bindings
• Develop SAP Fiori apps using Fiori elements and freestyle UI5 where needed
• Design and deploy solutions on SAP BTP, including ABAP Environment/Steampunk, Integration Suite, Build Work Zone, and Event Mesh
• Use released APIs and extension points, including whitelisted objects, Key User Extensibility, BAdIs, and Business Events
• Apply ABAP Cloud best practices, including ATC checks, ABAP Unit testing, and code reviews
• Work with abapGit/gCTS and transport management in ADT (Eclipse)
• Translate functional requirements from Spanish-speaking stakeholders into technical specifications
• Mentor junior developers and promote development standards
• Work closely with Spanish-speaking functional consultants and business stakeholders on a long-term SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud program

• Native or fluent Spanish and good English
• Availability to work Spanish business hours (approx. 09:00-18:00 CET/CEST)
• 7+ years of ABAP experience, with at least 2-3 years in RAP and ABAP Cloud
• Proven hands-on experience with S/4HANA Public Cloud and Clean Core strategy
• Strong knowledge of CDS, OData, AMDP, and ABAP OO
• Solid experience with Fiori/UI5 and SAP BTP
• Experience with ADT (Eclipse)
• Knowledge of Git-based workflows is a plus
• Full dedication to the project, with no parallel assignments
• SAP certifications (ABAP Cloud, BTP, S/4HANA Cloud) are nice to have
• Experience with CAP (Node.js/Java), SAP Build, or SAP Joule is nice to have
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and CI/CD pipelines is nice to have
• Experience in Finance, Logistics, or Manufacturing processes is nice to have
