Java Engineer – Accounting Technology Production Support

• Develop and support Java applications for accounting technology production support
• Work closely with global Headquarters and international stakeholders
• Handle or improve production support processes
• Collaborate with the team during periodic Warsaw gatherings and HQ leadership visits

• 3–5 years of experience
• Ideally 3–4 years of commercial experience, with a maximum of 5 years total
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Java and its frameworks
• C1 English proficiency is mandatory
• Flexible, adaptable, and self-starter mindset
• Prior experience with ticket handling, ServiceNow, or general production support processes (nice to have)
• Knowledge or hands-on experience with the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) (nice to have)
• Fluency in Polish (nice to have)

• Remote-first environment

• Full-team gathering in Warsaw for one week twice a year when HQ leadership visits
