Field Collections Officer

• Visit clients to collect overdue payments and negotiate payment plans
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and client interactions
• Assess clients' financial situations and provide appropriate solutions
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations during collection activities
• Report regularly to the Collection Manager on progress and issues encountered
• Handle client inquiries and resolve disputes professionally
• Collaborate with the internal team to improve collection strategies and processes
• Support collection management operations and departmental objectives
• Report to the Collection Manager

• Experience in collections/accounts receivables, contact center and customer service role
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
