Senior Business Analyst – Finance Manager

• Work closely with the Data Scientist to translate dashboards and underlying data into actionable recommendations for management
• Provide regular KPI reporting to management
• Build and maintain cohort analyses and PLG-based revenue forecasts
• Develop and update pricing models
• Report on pricing changes and monitor the competitive landscape
• Conduct monthly cost screenings and prepare BWA reports
• Analyze cost items and identify optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
• Perform commission calculations in the CRM, track performance and approve budgets, and analyze churn and product metrics
• Coordinate with the accounting team, optimize processes, and review posted entries
• Manage multiple bank accounts and regularly review investments such as call deposit accounts and insurance policies

• 2–5 years of professional experience in Business Analytics, FP&A, Finance, or Controlling
• Demonstrated ability to derive concrete business recommendations from raw data and dashboards
• Understanding of SaaS KPIs, recurring revenue models, and SaaS cost structures
• Experience with cost controlling, BWA reporting, and financial forecasting
• Confident handling of KPIs and reporting, with the ability to provide data-driven recommendations
• Fluency in English to support potential international expansion
• Experience with cohort analyses (retention, LTV, payback) in a SaaS or subscription environment is a plus
• Experience with BI/reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Evidence is a plus
• Understanding of Product-Led Growth models and their metrics is a plus
• Familiarity with accounting software such as DATEV and accounting processes is a plus
• Experience in dynamic, scaling SaaS environments is a plus
