Podcast Host, Video Interviewer

• Conduct engaging, well-researched video and audio interviews with scheduled guests
• Record, edit, and master each episode
• Deliver polished, final products ready for publication
• Maintain a professional on-camera presence aligned with the company’s values and tone
• Deliver a fully edited, high-quality MP4 video file and MP3 audio file ready for distribution per episode, adhering to branding guidelines

• Native or completely fluent American English speaker with exceptional conversational and interviewing skills
• Must own and use a high-quality dedicated microphone in a sound-treated environment with no echoes or background noise
• Must own and use a high-quality camera with proper three-point lighting
• Clean, professional, aesthetic, and distraction-free background for video recordings
• Proficiency in audio/video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Descript, or Audition
• Ability to seamlessly cut filler words, balance audio levels, and add intro/outro clips
• Ability to use AI tools to clean up and improve the audio quality of the interviewer's recording
• Resume and portfolio or showreel demonstrating hosting capabilities and the exact audio/video quality of the current remote setup
