Frontend Engineer

• Develop web and mobile front-ends and other analytics solutions
• Enhance the existing JavaScript codebase
• Architect applications and collaborate with the team to integrate third-party APIs and services
• Design the overall application framework, including component hierarchy, authentication, and error handling
• Collaborate with engineering teams in SaaS, big data computing, and ML/AI
• Deliver high-quality products and features with minimal technical supervision
• Build well-factored and tested JavaScript applications

• 7+ years experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and front-end coding skills
• 5+ years experience in React (Redux), Angular and/or Vue
• Self-driven and motivated, with a strong work ethic and a passion for problem solving
• Professional English proficiency (B2/C1)
• Experience with backend development (Node.js / Express) (preferred)
• Prior experience with building RESTful web services (preferred)
• Experience writing SQL and using NoSQL databases (preferred)
• Experience with automated testing (TDD, mocking, unit/functional/integration) (preferred)
• Must be based in Latin America
