Mid/Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Identify, attract, and land top global talent
• Map and engage elite talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies worldwide
• Conduct thoughtful outreach and use networking to reach passive candidates
• Support implementation of an AI-first recruitment stack using AI agents, technical communities, and unconventional sourcing channels
• Maintain long-term relationships with passive talent globally
• Own the candidate journey from discovery call through final close
• Ensure a clear, respectful, and high-quality candidate experience
• Conduct structured interviews assessing technical aptitude and cultural alignment
• Provide concise, actionable interview summaries to Hiring Managers and Leadership
• Work with Founders and Team Leads to improve hiring workflows and remove friction
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and content
• Test sourcing strategies and new AI tools while refining internal workflows

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, including at least 2 years in tech recruitment
• Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
• Global sourcing experience attracting talent from major tech hubs such as the USA, EU, and LATAM
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Perfect fluency in English
• Goal-oriented, ownership and commitment
• Doer mindset and ability to balance execution, planning, and strategy
• Humble, willing to learn, and open to feedback
• Comfortable hiring for products based on uncensored models and content
• Experience in AI recruitment or familiarity with the AI space is a bonus
• Exposure to employer branding, compensation benchmarking, or broader talent acquisition initiatives is a bonus
