Campus Sales Recruiter

• Follow detailed recruitment plans and processes while adding creative approaches to reach and exceed individual goals
• Promote and market the Campus Manager job through outbound recruiting campaigns, including calls, emails, and texts
• Screen potential Campus Manager candidates
• Schedule initial prospecting meetings with the in-house Interviewing team
• Work with the Recruiting Team Manager and fellow Campus Recruiters to achieve quarterly recruiting team goals
• Prepare weekly reports on recruiting metrics
• Coordinate with interview and training teams
• Convert leads into Campus Managers and help source, qualify, and convert talented students at scale

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, along with a neutral accent
• Fluency in English is a must
• Great interpersonal and people skills
• 1+ years of high-volume recruiting experience
• 1+ years of outbound sales and marketing experience
• Detail-oriented and meticulous with work
• Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects
• LinkedIn recruiting experience is preferred
