ELO ECM Consultant – All Genders

• Designing processes and developing customized solutions in close collaboration with our customers
• Advising customers and supporting them in using their ELO ECM systems
• Conducting training sessions and user onboarding
• Installing and implementing ELO and add-ons
• Planning and organizing projects to ensure the successful delivery of customer projects
• Traveling to customer sites to provide optimal solutions

• Several years of experience with ELO ECM
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues in a way that is appropriate for the target audience
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Enthusiasm for new topics and technologies, along with the ability to quickly learn new areas of responsibility
• Customer focus, team spirit, and a professional demeanor
• Strong willingness to learn and a proactive attitude
• Good German and basic English skills
• Willingness to travel
