Senior Data Engineer, Snowflake, DBT, Python

• Develop and maintain secure, efficient data pipelines using DBT, PySpark, and Python applications
• Build infrastructure and tooling for ETL processes using Python, DBT, Terraform, and AWS services
• Implement process improvements and data quality testing
• Monitor pipelines and maintain 99.5% uptime
• Create and maintain data models used by partner teams
• Design and build semantic views and ontology layers on top of dbt models
• Develop and deploy AI agents using Snowflake Cortex Analyst/Cortex Search for HR use cases
• Configure and maintain MCP connections between Snowflake and internal AI tooling
• Develop and maintain trusted HR analytics data products and infrastructure enabling secure, scalable, and certified datasets for HR Centers of Excellence and HR leaders

• 5+ years of experience
• Strong knowledge of data modeling
• Strong knowledge of data marts
• Strong knowledge of data warehouse design
• Strong knowledge of DBT for data transformations
• Strong knowledge of Python, including object-oriented programming and data scripting
• Strong knowledge of REST API integration and data ingestion
• Strong knowledge of Google BigQuery querying and optimization
• Strong SQL and highly optimized query development
