Lead Tech Recruiter, LATAM

• Source and attract Data & AI talent through job boards, social media, networking, and talent pools
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through hiring
• Act as an informal lead for the LATAM recruiting team in partnership with the VP of Talent Acquisition
• Coach and mentor recruiters on sourcing, screening, and candidate experience
• Set weekly priorities and balance requisitions across the team
• Track pipeline and recruiting metrics and share progress and risks with the VP of Talent Acquisition
• Share best practices and improve recruiting processes
• Recruit Data Engineers, Solutions Architects, Machine Learning Engineers, Full Stack Developers, and Technical Product Managers
• Conduct interviews and assess technical skills, consulting skills, cultural fit, and overall potential
• Partner with hiring managers and delivery leaders to understand role needs
• Build and maintain candidate relationships and provide an exceptional candidate experience
• Stay current with Data & AI trends, the Databricks ecosystem, and competitive recruiting strategies
• Balance multiple roles while ensuring a positive candidate experience

• 5+ years of experience recruiting for Tech roles
• 2+ years of experience leading a small recruiting team, formally or informally
• Experience coaching and mentoring junior recruiters
• Experience setting team priorities and distributing requisitions across a team
• Experience using recruiting metrics to track progress and guide team decisions
• Experience recruiting in LATAM across multiple countries
• Experience recruiting in a consulting or professional services environment
• Proven track record recruiting Data & AI roles, including Data Engineers, Solutions Architects, Machine Learning Engineers, Full Stack Developers, and Technical Product Managers
• Ability to understand technical concepts and assess technical skills at a screening level
• Pragmatic problem-solving approach and focus on practical results
• Curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies and markets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset
• Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple roles simultaneously
• Advanced English level
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred or equivalent experience
• Understanding of Databricks and the modern data platform landscape is nice to have
