Global Artwork Coordinator

• Support Viatris’ growth and regulatory objectives by leading artwork coordination for regional launch and lifecycle management projects
• Create and manage artwork templates, mock-ups, submission-only artworks, and US advertising/promotional materials
• Ensure artwork activities align with regulatory submission timelines
• Manage keyline creation for the US market and pictogram generation
• Manage and prioritize submission artwork requests
• Create and maintain submission artwork templates and mock-ups
• Develop design briefs for artwork vendors and internal stakeholders
• Conduct design and compliance reviews of artwork
• Coordinate artwork change controls in TrackWise
• Validate technical packaging data against Viatris standards
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders
• Maintain repositories of approved branded templates, artwork assets, pictograms and Ad Promo materials
• Manage the end-to-end pictogram process
• Generate and update US advertising and promotional materials
• Generate and update US market keylines
• Monitor and report artwork project status, performance metrics and KPIs
• Identify, escalate and support resolution of artwork-related risks and issues
• Support other business-critical initiatives related to product launches

• High school diploma, GED, Higher Secondary Certificate or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical artwork
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in coordination and/or project management
• Previous regulatory experience is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Proficiency in professional graphic design software, such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign
• Strong understanding of packaging site technical requirements and packaging artwork specifications
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Proactive approach with excellent attention to detail, ensuring consistently high levels of accuracy and quality
• Ability to understand technical documentation and clearly communicate problems, issues and proposed solutions
