Associate Data Scientist

• Apply analytics and modeling techniques to improve business results
• Leverage customer information and behavioral data to influence strategic business decisions
• Use analytics, multivariate models, machine learning, and data mining technologies
• Learn business operations and data science best practices with guidance from senior roles
• Apply consumer analytics including retention models, agency economics, and lead optimization
• Use programming, ETL, and modeling methods to execute projects
• Execute low-complexity business challenges involving data science
• Complete projects within prescribed timelines
• Execute routine projects with urgency
• Contribute to presentation development
• Communicate complex technical material to non-technical associates
• Execute basic to intermediate model deployments using established MLOps techniques
• Work with analytics and IT teams to deploy models and rules

• Master's degree highly preferred in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree may be considered with relevant internship, project, research, or professional experience demonstrating strong data science and analytics capabilities
• Minimum 1 year of data science experience
• Modeling experience using Python and Python libraries
• Experience with SQL
• Valid, local legal authorization to work in the country where the role is based
• Data analytics or similar internship preferred
